💵 Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

📅 Experience: 7–10 years in BD (legal or professional services preferred)

Looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a high-impact Marketing & BD team.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll drive forward-looking strategies across key practice and industry teams, empowering growth for client relationships and expanding market presence.

🔑 What You'll Do:

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute innovative BD strategies
• Lead major RFPs, proposals, and sponsorship initiatives
• Build scalable systems to track ROI and BD effectiveness
• Champion CRM adoption (Legal360 experience a plus)
• Coach and mentor BD team members
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
• Cultivate cross-practice collaboration and firmwide engagement
