Job Responsibilities:

• Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate work estimates.
• Analyze proposals, blueprints, and specifications to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
• Compute costs by meticulously analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Conduct site visits to inspect and determine scope and costs effectively.
• Develop and write a scope of work for sub-contractors for each trade.
• Coordinate for sub-contractors quotes when required.
• Develop comprehensive scopes of labor and materials for projects and present precise estimates.
• Ensure transparent communication and documentation of customer needs and expectations on written proposals.

Qualifications: 3 years of experience in the construction field, preferably as an estimator.

• Estimating of commercial painting projects
• Ability to manage own schedule and work independently.
• Strong written, math and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor.
