Job Description

Actively seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position . The position requires someone with Professional Services or Law Firm experience within Campus Recruitment, Event Management, Strong Communication, and Law Firm guidelines and goals.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days In Office) | Washington, DC

PAY: $65 - $85K (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 2+ years in a Professional Services or Legal Environment Required
• 2+ years of Recruiting and/or Development Experience Preferred
• Strong Written & Verbal Skills
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Prior work w/CRM Software
• Knowledge of Legal Recruiting and Attorney Development Preferred

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate Talent Acquisition initiatives and activities
• Lead campus, targeted, diversity, and summer associate recruiting programs
• Monitor local recruiting budget
• Work with Lateral and Staff Talent Acquisition team members
• Coordinate associate relations events and attorney in-house training programs
• Support and oversee local Performance Management processes
• Assist attorneys with performance approvals, reports and meetings
• Coordinate onboarding of all new hires
• Attend Special Events in the evenings and/or on weekends
