AKRIS is an international fashion house founded in 1922 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Driven by the vision of Creative director Albert Kriemler, who designs sleek and effortless silhouettes for a discerning global clientele of women with purpose. The family-owned fashion house is renowned for its rarefied and innovative double-face fabrics, for pushing the boundaries of St. Gallen embroidery and pioneering digital photo printing techniques.

This role is salary + bonus eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example on the sales floor, developing meaningful client relationships and cultivating loyalty
• Drive store sales, KPIs, and profitability through data-driven decision making
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team with a focus on service and results
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
• Maintain operational standards including inventory, reporting, and daily procedures
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that align with brand vision

Qualifications:

• 510 years of retail management experience in luxury or premium environments
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and lead a team to high performance
• Deep understanding of clienteling and luxury service standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in POS, CRM, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
