• Manage, organize and maintain the functions associated with the operation of the front desk, including scheduling, collections and data entry
• Responsible for office profit & loss by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses
• Ensure providers schedules are maintained, full, and are balanced efficiently
• Retain committed team members and identify and resolve employee issues
• Maintain/Oversee staff schedules, time clocks and payroll
• Monitor/Oversee ordering of clinical and office supplies
• Management of staff
• Maintain records and monthly reporting
• Experience with dental insurance including PPO and Dentical. 

Qualifications for dental office manager

• 1 - 3 years of management experience, must
• 1 year of experience working in a dental office
• Knowledgeable with dental insurance billing and eligibility. 
• Xray license is a must
• Able to easily communicate with people (being bubbly and extroverted is a huge plus)
