Base pay range

$161,000.00/yr - $172,500.00/yr

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy and Salary: Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $172,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will also be provided as part of the compensation package.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain and Retail Technology to lead the build out of our Fulfillment Lifecycle State and Orchestration system. This tech provides instructions needed for various supply chain tech systems to fulfill the order and subsequently, keeps track of the fulfillment journey to take appropriate actions based on the happy and unhappy path scenarios. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate in a greenfield space and be hands-on to build something that plays a critical role within the Wayfair supply chain ecosystem.

Youll act as a connective tissue between engineering, business stakeholders, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable and resilient solutions that power key business functions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, can manage complex technical ecosystems, and is passionate about building something foundational and large scale that powers Wayfair supply chain.

What Youll Do:

  • Build out the Fulfillment Lifecycle State and Orchestration systems by supporting new use cases and furthering the role that this system plays within Wayfair supply chain
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives by being the product lead for major, time-sensitive programs like 3P WMS integration, and Multichannel capabilities that bring value for the business and customers
  • Define future looking use cases through learnings from the existing capabilities, strong product discovery, and stakeholder feedback for mid to long term buildout
  • Lead discovery efforts to gather and translate stakeholder needs into clear business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate independently with Operations and Commercial stakeholders, and technology teams across supply chain, storefront and supplier-facing to drive improvements in speed, cost and customer experience metrics

What You\'ll Need:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on enterprise platforms, or integrations
  • Strong track record of product discovery, defining the right problems to solve, and executing deliverables to solve those problems and unlock business outcomes
  • Comfortable discussing system workflows, tech design, and architecture decisions with engineers
  • Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at managing stakeholders, including senior leadership, and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong communicator with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and external partners
  • Positive, collaborative, and energetic approach to teamwork
