Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Assistant (CRA/RA) with strong interest in clinical research and patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a healthcare background who is ready to transition into research and grow with our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy and process biological samples according to study protocols
Assist in subject scheduling, visit coordination, and patient-facing tasks
Maintain accurate and timely data entry into RealTime CTMS and Rave EDC platforms
Support study team in source documentation, regulatory compliance, and query resolution
Collaborate closely with investigators, coordinators, and sponsors to ensure protocol adherence
Contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient site operations
Qualifications
Previous medical assisting, phlebotomy, or clinical support experience required
Strong computer skills and prior use of CTMS (RealTime) and EDC systems (Rave) preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with patients, staff, and external partners
Passion for advancing research and improving patient outcomes
