Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist seeking meaningful, flexible work? InHome Healthcare Services is hiring *Per Diem Occupational Therapists* to join our expanding team on the *Monterey Peninsula*, with a focus on serving the *Salinas to King City* corridor.

*What We’re Looking For*
* _*Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of California*_
* Minimum *1 year of OT experience* (Home Health preferred, but not required)
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
* Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Current CPR certification and TB clearance

*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations
* Develop and implement personalized care plans
* Recommend assistive devices and therapies
* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and visits

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Previous experience in *home health* or *hospice* settings
