Dental Technical Advisor for Removable Department (Phone Support) We are seeking a skilled Removable Dental Technical Advisor for an exciting telephone support role on behalf of our client, a fast-growing dental laboratory known for exceptional quality and service. This position is focused on providing expert guidance and answering technical questions related to removable dental appliances for both dental practices and the remote teams responsible for designing and producing cases. This is not a bench role, but rather a telephone-based support role ensuring smooth communication between the lab and our valued customers. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Provide telephone-based support for incoming technical questions related to removable dental appliances. Assist dental practices and doctors by troubleshooting and offering expert consultation to ensure top-tier results and customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between the dental practices and the remote teams responsible for designing and producing removable cases. Provide guidance on quality control and procedural best practices for removable cases. Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of craftsmanship and service. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience fabricating dental appliances such as bite rims, custom trays, dentures, partials, set-ups, finishing, relines, and repairs. Expertise in offering technical support, with a clear understanding of how dental practices operate and their common technical needs. Knowledge of implants is highly preferred. Experience with raw materials and production processes used in dental labs. Digital workflow experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly over the phone. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
