Job Description

Marketing Executive

Position Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology. This person understands how to convert marketing dollars into profitable revenue, build powerful brands, and lead a lean, tech-enabled marketing organization.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing operations, with a heavy focus on digital performance marketing, analytics, AI integration, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and manage all digital channels: Google Ads (PPC), SEO, Local Service Ads (LSA), Analytics, Search Console, and retargeting.
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable conversions.
  • Oversee and optimize social media ad campaigns and organic content across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and deploy email and text marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar bulk messaging platforms.
  • Drive CRM marketing automation using Zoho CRM and related tools for remarketing, referral programs, and customer engagement.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Vet, manage, and evaluate current and future marketing agency partners to ensure performance, transparency, and ROI alignment.
  • Set clear KPIs and deliverables for all external partners, including PPC, SEO, content, and creative vendors.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure maximum value and accountability from each relationship.
  • Optimize the marketing ecosystem by determining when to scale, renegotiate, or bring functions in-house for greater efficiency.

AI & Innovation

  • Act as an early adopter of AI marketing solutions — leveraging AI tools for content creation, predictive analytics, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiency.

Brand & Creative Leadership

  • Develop and manage brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Create compelling campaigns that reinforce our leadership position and differentiate our products.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets (graphics, videos, storyboards) in partnership with designers and creative partners.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across all channels: cost per lead, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Present clear insights and recommendations to leadership — tying marketing performance directly to business outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure brand and performance consistency.
  • Work cross-functionally to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in digital marketing with proven success scaling campaigns and managing budgets.
  • Deep expertise with the Google Marketing Suite: Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, LSAs, and SEO tools.
  • Experience managing CRM-based campaigns (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and email/text platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Strong understanding of social advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) and organic content strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building and creative direction.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Early adopter mindset — comfortable leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and content generation.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
