* Call coverage only -- 8am start time
* Average 3 patient encounters per shift
* 20-minute call response time required
* 1:3 call ratio
* Average 8 phone consults
* General neurosurgery procedures -- adult patients
* Inpatient and outpatient rounding
* 1 - 2 admissions per shift
* We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
* We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
* We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
* Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
