The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position offers flexible opportunities for licensed clinicians to grow their private practice with the support of Headway. Therapists can conduct sessions remotely or in-person, with Headway handling insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing assistance. This role is ideal for fully licensed mental health professionals looking to expand their patient base while maintaining autonomy in their practice.

Wage: Between $95-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
