What you need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail and a true passion for construction. This GC is looking for a superintendent who, "cares" about how the project is run, is finished, and customer satisfaction. Does this sound like you? They need a superintendent who is looking for a "work hard, play hard" environment and is can work well in a team focused environment.
To apply you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of luxury commercial and or hospitality interior / finish out project experience. This experience will be end to end, as the lead or only superintendent on site. Procure will be a plus, but good computer knowledge is essential. You will have excellent communication skills, be client facing, and be a leader.
