An immediate opening is available for a full-time, in-office Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing solar installation company. Your primary responsibilities will include invoice processing, vendor management, expense tracking, monthly reconciliation, and processing semi-monthly global payroll for the company using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Time. You will report to our Director of Accounting. 

The successful candidate will have:

· Experience with QuickBooks

· Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Word, and Excel)

· Possess strong critical thinking skills

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Be capable of maintaining confidentiality

· Be a quick learner

· Be highly organized

· Be a good problem solver

· Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions

· Be skilled at multitasking while paying close attention to detail

Previous experience with QuickBooks, knowledge of general accounting practices, payroll, and MS Office is required. Construction and prevailing wage experience is a plus.

Candidates must also possess strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize projects, and be attentive to the evolving needs of various departments across the company.
