Job Description

Our Fortune 100 Fintech client is seeking a Workday Tester to join their team! As a Workday UAT Tester in Global Operations, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for partnering with the Global HR organization and our downstream HR partners to continuously improve our global associate experience. The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing Workday system testing and troubleshooting, assisting with recruiting education and development of user-friendly training materials.

We are looking for individuals who excel in a collaborative team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, can proactively identify and solve problems, and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our Workday test environments to perform User Acceptance Testing and troubleshoot Workday system issues.
  • Engage with HR partner groups to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures.
  • Create and maintain job aids to assist global HR teams with system steps and procedural guidance.
  • Participate as a team member in agile pod work to enhance the Workday experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or at least 1 year of recruiting experience
  • At least 1 year of Workday HCM experience (Core HCM, Pay, Benefits, and Recruiting, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3+ years of Workday HCM system administration experience
  • 2+ year of process management experience
  • 1+ year of training or 1+ year of communications experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
