The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Waiter/ess.

Description Brief:

The Waiter/ess is overall in charge of serving food and beverages in his/her assigned section. Ensures guest satisfaction at all times every item is served up to guest expectations. The waiters are the main connection with guests and are consecutively expected to display the company’s credo and friendship accordingly.

Waiters are expected to address the guests by name, anticipate guests' needs and provide personalised service.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience onboard passenger vessels or similar 5-star establishments as a Waiter/ess is preferred.

- A good understanding of various service standards.

- Great organisational and communication skills.

- Valid Basic STCW certificates, as required for the position.

- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
