Job Summary Client is hiring a Supplier Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Analyst in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) group. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our program is aligned with our company's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB). This role will have a contingent worker classification and This individual will report to the Sr Manager of Supplier Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and Supply Chain Human Rights Programs within Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supplier diversity, local content requirements in global markets, and be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the program's performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, local/national content initiatives, or relevant business experience, preferably within a global context.
Experience working in a global organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide insights.
Passion and business acumen for supplier diversity.
Experience with spend management platforms (i.e. Coupa) and data visualization software (i.e. Power BI).
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
