Korn Ferry has been engaged on an exciting VP of Finance opportunity with a fast-growing client in the Cincinnati area! Our client is rapidly growing and seeking a VP of Finance who thrives in developing structure, financial reporting, M&A diligence/integration, and building out their own team!

The VP of Finance will be involved in all aspects of Finance and will work closely with the President. You’ll be involved with Finance & Accounting (ownership of financials, FP&A, budget, forecasting); M&A (diligence, deal analysis, strategy, integration); establishing policies and procedures; developing the new reporting utilized to evaluate company performance and provide key insights for continued growth; and more!
Our client is seeking a “hands-on” leader willing to “roll up their sleeves” and work directly with the teams to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
Targeting up to $180K Base (depending on experience) and Bonus Potential. Growth to CFO!
