Job Description:

WBN Certified Professionals work full-time (40 hours/week) as self-employed from their homes, helping businesses in the US with their administrative needs. WBN CPs work Monday through Friday during US business hours. We are searching for ambitious, top-talented, self-employed who are driven to succeed by providing long-term virtual assistant skills to the companies they serve. The salary starts at $1125.00 per month.

As a WBN CP, you will have the privilege of assisting with a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep your client's business running smoothly. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the executive's calendar across time zones, coordinating meetings, events, and reminders.
• Screen, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO or executive team, ensuring timely communication.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports.
• Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries to support decision-making and client outreach.
• Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems with precision and discretion.
• Answer and route calls professionally, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up tasks.
• Provide support on special projects and executive-level personal tasks, as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as an executive assistant for CEOs or high-profile managers.
• Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
• Advanced written and spoken English skills (including top grammar skills) - Scores C1&C2
• Detail-oriented
• Appropriate work-from-home environment
• FT availability (40 hours a week)
• Excellent relationship skills
• Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have:
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience working from home
• Good time management
• Experience working with US-based companies
• Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Technical Requirements:
• 8GB+ RAM
• Intel i3 8th generation or newer, an AMD Ryzen 5, or an M1 chip.
• Windows 11 or from macOS Mojave to the latest version.
• 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Minimum)
• USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
