About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Conservation Action for Centers and Sanctuaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and strategies that not only raise awareness and support for birds but also lead to significant conservation outcomes across the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's mission to engage and mobilize individuals in the care and protection of bird populations and their habitats. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Conservation Action include designing and executing initiatives that have a tangible impact on bird conservation, as well as fostering a deep and lasting connection between people and the natural world. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conservation, a strong understanding of the issues facing bird populations, and the ability to inspire and lead teams in the pursuit of the organization's goals.
