\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
\n• Coordinate and manage safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care for surgical patients
\n• Provide care throughout the perioperative process including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
\n• May serve as Circulating Nurse, 1st Scrub (Instrument) Nurse, and/or 2nd Scrub (Assistant) Nurse depending on experience and training level
\n• Work with gastroenterology/endoscopy lab procedures
\n• Handle orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT surgical procedures and interventional pain management
\n• Provide support, education, and direct care to patients
\n• Act as liaison between surgical team and patient families/support systems
\n• Use comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care
\n• Must have Cerner EHR experience
\n• Graduate of an accredited RN program required (BSN desired but not required)
\n• Required certifications: Current RN licensure in good standing, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, CNOR certification
