Phaxis is seeking a travel CVOR First Assist for a travel job in Atlanta, Georgia.
MUST be Certified!!!
CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital:
OR experience 5 years (Pass for only 5 years or more) Screen 3 years' experience NBSTSA or NCCSA or CSFA is accepted.
Charting System: Epic preferred
HARD STOP: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic experience & CSFA, NBSTSA or NCCSA
START DATE: Candidate must complete Privileging process prior to start (approximate timeline - 3 months)
SCHEDULE: Days
WEEKEND: Only required during call
CALL: Call 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4ish weeks. That is subject to change based off of departmental needs.
FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years expected but will consider 3 years (screen) - Unit accepts first time travelers
