\nCardiovascular Technologist - Cardiovascular Technologist I
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor
\n• Deliver specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patient populations
\n• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
\n• Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques
\n• Perform diverse range of diagnostic, interventional and/or surgical procedures
\n• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure all elements are completed and documented
\n• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
\n• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, and maintenance per manufacturer instructions
\n• On-call requirements: approximately 8 shifts per month with 30-minute response time
\n• Must have Level 1 experience (Level 2 may be considered)
\n• Required education: Associate's degree from CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program, JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program, or completion of Paramedic training
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS and must meet ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) eligibility within 12 months of hire
\n• Must demonstrate ability to work in team environment and handle stressful situations
\n• Requires knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular/radiologic technologies
\n• Must maintain accurate records and exercise sound judgment with confidential information
