Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Philadelphia - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE!!!

Base Salary - $45,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE $80,000)

Your Role as a Recruiter:

• You will be managing the complete recruitment life cycle, bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the entire interview process.
• Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.

Research:

• Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
• Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.

Requirements:

• Educated to Degree level
• Sports Background
• Sales Experience ideal (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
• Sociable and confident personality
• Money-motivated and goal-orientated
