PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing agency, is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support Human Resources operations in a small, mission-driven office setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and has a passion for supporting HR functions and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the daily operations of the HR office and provide administrative support to the HR team and executive staff
  • Respond to emails, voicemails, and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and documentation
  • Assist in the coordination of employee events, training sessions, and onboarding activities
  • Manage inventory and order office/HR supplies as needed
  • Perform light accounting tasks such as filing, receipts management, and basic spreadsheet updates
  • Assist with applicant tracking and candidate correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times regarding sensitive HR information
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online (preferred) and Google Suite for HR and office coordination
  • Other duties as assigned in support of office and HR operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience; HR support experience preferred
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online (preferred but not required)
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic office setting
  • Professional and personable demeanor, with a customer-service mindset
