Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Temp Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temp Production Helper

Location: Mabel, MN

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Assist in producing mistake-free products profitably by following quality checks and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and work areas
• Participate actively in daily 3S activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform routine quality inspections using checklists for each finished product
• Help prepare production records, quality checklists, and spec sheets ahead of deadlines

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willing to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and proactive mindset
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and adhere to GMP processes
