H3ED is partnering with a  leading education group and a top international private school in China to launch an  innovative, project-based high school in Shanghai . We are seeking  one Humanities teacher and one Math/Science teacher to join our founding team. This is a  unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking educational initiative, shaping a dynamic learning environment for 10th-grade students in an  English-speaking, international school setting .

Selected teachers will receive a 3-month immersive training program in Austin, TX and  ongoing support from  H3ED consultants throughout the year. This role is ideal for educators who thrive in student-centered, project-based learning environments and are excited about  building strong relationships with students, fostering a positive school culture, and engaging deeply in innovative pedagogy .

As a  founding faculty member , you will:

• Set high expectations for student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Develop and deliver project-based lessons that are  interactive, inquiry-driven, and connected to real-world applications .
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to create a supportive learning community.
• Collaborate with consulting partners and seek guidance as needed to refine instructional strategies.
• Actively contribute to the school’s culture , helping to create a vibrant, student-centered environment.

Teachers will  report directly to the principal in Shanghai and will have  ongoing access to H3ED consultants for  training, mentorship, and professional development throughout the school year.
