Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and S-corporations

• Review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation

• Conduct client interviews to identify taxable income, deductible expenses, and applicable allowances

• Apply appropriate tax adjustments, deductions, and credits to minimize client tax liability

• Accurately calculate taxes owed or refunds due

• Provide clients with clear guidance on tax filing requirements and processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing individual and S-corporation tax returns (preferred)

• Active PTIN (required)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
