Position Summary Join a collaborative team that bridges Business Development and Property Tax to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable tax savings for clients. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to build a foundation in property tax analysis, real estate, and data strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Engage with regional tax experts to explore local market trends, valuation challenges, and client targeting strategies
- Conduct property research using jurisdictional websites and data platforms to support strategic decision making
- Transform raw tax and assessment data into structured, actionable insights using Excel-based models
- Support valuation reviews to help identify properties with potential tax overassessments
- Deliver curated lead lists with clear business cases to drive outreach by Property Tax and Business Development teams
Education and Qualifications - Associate's or bachelor's degree desired; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in real estate, valuation, property tax, or accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CoStar is a plus
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
