As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers on the sales floor and work alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. *Please note, this job requires completing an assessment emailed upon application submission. Build your network and attract talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues and policy violations. Ensure visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and talent development are implemented effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. Craft your career with us if you have: 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment. Strong communication skills demonstrating care, both written and verbal. The ability to connect with people at all organizational levels. Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results. Skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
