The Behavioral Health Social Worker will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to individuals dealing with mental health disorders, substance abuse, or life challenges. Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine patients' needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans .
