Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) is a leading, full-service, mid-size public relations agency based in New York. Position

The Social Media Manager at Rubenstein PR will develop and execute engaging content strategies across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and supporting SEO efforts to enhance visibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in social media at a PR or marketing agency and possess strong interpersonal skills and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Influencers and emerging new platforms
  • Strong ability to create engaging, data-driven strategies that drive measurable results
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to help optimize our social media campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Research and implement new social media strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Support SEO optimization for social media content to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage and curate content for Rubenstein PR’s social media accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing,
  • A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Proven working experience in social media with clients from different sectors
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

Expected full-time salary range between $60k to $75k

Salary commensurate with experience
