Social Media Manager Wanted – Join Our Creative Team!

Are you a social media whiz who loves crafting engaging content and making ads work their magic? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Social Media Manager! In this role, you’ll be at the center of our marketing efforts-collaborating with our Marketing and Creative Director to ensure content reaches the right audience and aligns with our big-picture goals. What You’ll Do:

Social Media Content Management:

· Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social platforms.

· Engage with followers, spark conversations, and build a strong online community.

Paid Media Coordination & Execution:

· Work with the Marketing and Creative Director to refine paid media strategies.

· Execute high-performing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).

· Optimize ad spend by focusing on keyword targeting, ad placements, and budget management to maximize ROI.

· Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

SEO Research & Content Optimization:

· Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, using keyword research, meta descriptions, and hashtags to boost discoverability.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to refine SEO tactics.

· Collaborate with the team in weekly editorial meetings to brainstorm fresh, engaging content backed by analytics and industry insights.

Content Optimization:

· Attend weekly editorial meetings and collaborate with the team to generate new content ideas using metrics, industry trends, and SEO insights, which will increase reach and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

· Monitor social media and paid campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.

· Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:

· A strong grasp of paid media campaigns and SEO best practices—bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare or wellness!

· Hands-on experience running paid media buys, especially keyword advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

· SEO pro—you know how to optimize content (especially on YouTube) for maximum visibility and engagement.

· Tech-savvy with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, plus analytics platforms like Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics.

· Team player & communicator—collaborating with marketing and creative teams is second nature to you.

· Data-driven mindset—you love tracking performance, analyzing results, and fine-tuning campaigns for the best ROI.

· AI enthusiast? Even better! If you know how to use AI tools to boost content and performance, we’re all ears!

· Healthcare marketing experience? Awesome, but not required!

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media production or a related field (preferred but not always required)
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and social media.
• Experience with video production.
• Basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a must.
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with event planning.

Job Details:

· Full-time 

· $85K-$95K

· Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends

· Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote
