Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can juggle multiple clients and drive impactful online growth. You’ll handle everything from competitor audits and personalized content planning to daily community management and performance analysis . Working closely with our Creative Team , you’ll ensure top-notch social media services that engage audiences and bolster our clients’ brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth platform and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to spot new trends.
  1. Personalized Content Plans
  • Develop tailored content strategies for multiple clients.
  • Align with the Creative Team on brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  1. Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write compelling captions, ad copy, and engagement-driven posts.
  • Partner with the Creative Team on graphics and short-form videos.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Schedule and publish content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Engage with community members by responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Manage multi-client deliverables and keep track of deadlines.
  1. Community Management
  • Act as the primary contact for online audiences.
  • Monitor and moderate conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
  1. Content Calendar Creation
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for consistent posting schedules.
  • Secure final approval from the Creative Team on major content themes.
  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Provide regular reports to the Creative Team, suggesting strategy adjustments when needed.
  1. Team Collaboration & Process Documentation
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to optimize short-form content strategies.
  • Maintain organized project files and SOPs for efficient workflow and coverage.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Managing multiple social media accounts, including short-form content platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools and video editing software (CapCut/DaVinci Resolve recommended).
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work seamlessly within a creative team.
  • Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated success juggling various clients and deliverables without compromising on quality.

Compensation & Bonuses

  • Hourly Rate: $21.65/hour
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available
