A&M Industrial is a family owned leading local industrial distribution company looking for career-oriented individuals to fill critical positions their warehouse logistics staff. The growth of the company has created full time opportunities in their distribution center in Cranbury, NJ. New employees receive training and opportunities to grow as the company grows.

• Verifies and Audits all items for sales order shipments.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment via Ground, LTL, domestic or international
• Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories.
• Prepares bills of lading and schedules truck/carrier deliveries on-line or via phone
• Mark and label skids/containers as needed
• Shrink wrap items as needed
• Wrap skids with machine or manually as needed
• Transports materials to shipping dock with a pallet jack or hand truck as needed.
• Loads trucks using a forklift, if needed
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Performs other warehouse and clerical duties.

• Must be Safety Conscious
• Previous Warehouse Experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess experience or certification in handling forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment
• Team Player and Self-Motivated
• Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills
• Possess good Hand-Eye Coordination.
• Ability to use ladders safely and effectively.
• Able to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time.
• Proficient in computers
• Fluent in English
• Experience with RF a plus
• Attendance and Punctuality a must
• Available to work overtime, if required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock
