We're seeking a dynamic Shipper Performance Coach to revolutionize transportation logistics by driving strategic improvements and solving complex shipping challenges. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with vendors and sellers to optimize shipping performance, turning data insights into actionable solutions that enhance our global transportation network.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies
Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance
Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with shipping partners
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of transportation disruptions
Manage and report on key performance metrics and improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CPIM)
Experience in root cause analysis and driving process improvements
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Experience with SQL
Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
