Sheet Metal Fabrication Superintendent

Location : Tucson and Phoenix, AZ

Direct Hire

Pay: $50-$56/HR

About the position

The ideal candidate will manage multiple commercial projects while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates and installs sheet metal products (HVAC ducts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Read and interpreted schematics to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Utilizes construction management software, such as ProCore, for project scheduling and documentation.
• Conducts quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation within a construction environment .
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
• Proficient in using construction management software, particularly ProCore, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes in the construction industry.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
