• Take directions and follow rules (Never allowed to tell anyone no to a reservation or table without permission)
• Have knowledge of food/wine (some- will teach!)
• Understand the ends and outs of the hospitality industry
• Be able to work Week-Ends / Holidays
• Be on time, presentable and professional
• Maintain a positive, genuine, and welcoming attitude at all times
• Be accommodating of customer's needs
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
