We’re looking a Senior Web Designer who combines creative design sensibilities with technical skills to build engaging, responsive, and accessible web experiences. This role will be responsible for designing high-performing websites and web applications that align with our brand, business objectives, and user needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly and visually compelling website layouts, interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes (using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX best practices
  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality front-end code using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
  • Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications
  • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
  • Implement CMS solutions (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS like Contentful)
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend tools and frameworks that improve workflows
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security
  • Provide technical leadership and assume overall accountability for timely and successful technical design, implementation, maintenance and day-to-day production of all digital products.
  • Improve, streamline, implement and enforce digital production processes, quality assurance practices and product standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in web design and front-end development
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, etc.)
