Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and compliance. Guide candidates through interview preparation, feedback, and long-term career planning. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management. Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment practices across industries. Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms for pipeline management.
