Provide tailored recruitment solutions aligning candidates' career goals with client needs. Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for client requirements. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and compliance. Guide candidates through interview preparation, feedback, and long-term career planning. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management. Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment practices across industries. Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms for pipeline management.
