Overview

Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI at Wayfair. This hybrid role is based in Boston and requires in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The base salary is $161,000 - $172,500 per year, with restricted stock units part of the compensation package. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $172,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

The Global Supplier Technology team builds end-to-end solutions for our Suppliers and Sales teams, as well as the underlying foundational data platform and ML capabilities. We aim to deepen partnerships with Suppliers, Advertisers & Business customers through Agentic solutions. We are seeking a Senior PM to drive 0 to 1 Agentic products and enhance Wayfairs relationships with suppliers, advertisers, and business customers. The role touches many aspects of operating Wayfairs eCommerce business, with success measured by core metrics impacting top and bottom lines (e.g., pricing, speed, return & incident rates, Ads profitability, and customer loyalty).

What Youll Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Sales Agentic Ecosystem across Sales and Account Management teams, focusing on Suppliers, Advertisers & Business Customers; sequence work to deliver near-term value while building toward autonomous orchestration.
• Own roadmap planning and manage execution with Engineering, ML Science, Experience Design, and Data Science teams.
• Make build vs. buy decisions and drive leadership alignment.
• Evolve strategy as goals shift; improve velocity of insights and experimentation cross-functionally.
• Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Advertising, Supplier Technology, B2B, Pricing, Supplier CRM, and others).
• Partner with engineering to ensure timely and smooth execution through sprint rituals (grooming, planning, retrospective).
• Influence the evolution of Wayfair's strategy for agentic workflows.

We Are A Match Because You Have

• Bachelors Degree with strong academic record (technical/engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of product management experience, including AI-enabled impact
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and GenAI workflows
• Experience with AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, or RAG pipelines
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into usable product features
• Strong technical background with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior leadership level
• Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics
• Positive, people-oriented, energetic attitude
