What you will do:

• Lead multiple projects using agile methods and project tracking tools
• Build risk registers and control frameworks; prepare gap analysis
• Develop and implement controls frameworks covering IT, business process, and entity-level controls
• Research complex accounting (M&A, Intercompany, Tax) using FASB/IRS; stay current on IT/cyber trends via NIST/CISO
• Maintain expertise in GAAP, NIST, COSO, and ESG compliance frameworks
• Generate reports using Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL
• Create reports and testing templates independently
• Run meetings, liaise with auditors, and mentor team members
• Partner with stakeholders on controls, remediation, and process improvements
• Stay current on accounting, IT, cyber, ESG, and audit trends

What you will have:

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 3- 5 years prior experience with internal audit, external audit, public accounting, or equivalent.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
