Salary: $75,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements:
- We are looking for a Senior Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Generative AI, AI, and machine learning concepts, along with considerable expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GIT is essential. Experience within the Cards and Payments sector is advantageous.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sophisticated AI and ML models to enhance our product offerings and promote innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Use Kubernetes for container orchestration to effectively manage and deploy AI applications.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline deployment processes.
- Employ GIT for version control to maintain code integrity and foster collaboration among team members.
- Execute thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure their accuracy and reliability in real-world settings.
- Analyze data and generate insights that inform decision-making and enhance business performance.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and transform them into technical requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:
We will accept applications until September 21, 2025. The annual salary for this role ranges between $75,000 - $109,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, which is performance-based and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
