Embedded Systems Engineer Onsite

Join a fast-moving electric aerospace startup on a mission to ensure health & safety at speed. As a founding team member, youll take charge of core flight software that actually gets aircraft off the ground.

Your Impact

• Architect flight system software that drives safety and reliability, end-to-end.
• Write embedded C/C code powering real-time control and hardware integration.
• Build and tune RTOS task flowsno unpredictability, just smooth operations.
• Launch instant fault detection and rapid failover routines to keep flights on track.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering on real-time testing and validation.
• Own board-level debugging and top-level decisionsevery part of the stack.
• Deliver, iterate, and push features each weekzero bureaucracy, all impact.

What You Bring

• DO178 experience from architecture through to flight.
• Strong experience in embedded C/C (delivering safety-focused code that runs).
• Track record architecting reliable ECU software in high-stakes environments.
• Deep know-how in redundancy, failure management, and hardware interfacing.
• Thrive when hands-on, moving fast, and solving problems directly.
• Clear communicator, wired for teamwork, always ready to make things work.
