What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner closely with the Operations Chief of Staff to manage and execute high-priority initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support business cases and strategic planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
- Lead or support cross-functional projects that enhance operational effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategic support roles
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to complete complex work efforts
- Experience presenting and communicating findings to various stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- DHA / VA / Government contract experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Military and/or VA experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including creating pivot tables and summarizing data
