Spherion Staffing is partnering with a leading company in the food production industry to find dedicated Sanitation Associates.
- Work Schedule (2 Positions Available):
o 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
o 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- Training: Full training is provided for the first 30 days.
- Note: Overtime and some weekends may be required.

Responsibilities:
???Perform dry pick-up, trash collection, and cardboard bailing throughout the facility.
???Clean and sanitize all common areas, including break rooms (tables, chairs, counters, microwaves).
???Execute floor cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, squeegeeing) and manage condensation control.
???Clean and washdown scales and dividers; handle the proper disposal of inedible product.
???Restock essential production supplies (hairnets, aprons, gloves) and restroom supplies.
???Commit to safety by reporting needed repairs or unsafe conditions to management.
???Perform all other tasks assigned on the Master Sanitation Schedule.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices): Familiarity with standard sanitation operating procedures (SSOPs) and food safety regulations.

???Physical Demands: Must be able to lift Below 50 lbs.
???Environment: Comfort working in a cold (40??F) and wet production facility.
