We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Salesforce domain, CRM systems, and financial services. This role requires a blend of business analysis and data analytics expertise, with a solid understanding of JIRA and Agile methodologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize Salesforce processes to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain CRM systems to support business operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Manage and prioritize tasks using JIRA within an Agile framework.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience in the Salesforce domain.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
• Proven experience in the financial services industry.
• Solid background in business analysis and data analytics.
• Proficiency in JIRA and understanding of SDLC, especially Agile methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with sales and distribution management.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other client data platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
