We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (WW Sales BPR) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business transformation through Salesforce solutions that enhance our global sales operations, customer experience, and partner enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, capturing business needs and aligning them with Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead business workshops and define future-state process roadmaps.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive value and efficiency.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot features to meet business requirements.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), writing test scripts, coordinating testing efforts, and managing user sign-offs.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reporting using Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and standard Salesforce reporting tools.
• Support change management and training efforts to drive adoption of new features and functionality.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and project teams across global regions.
• Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and alignment with governance standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Functional & Soft Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Admin in enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience working on international or distributed teams.

Salesforce & Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot .
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration: roles, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, workflows, flows, Lightning pages, and more.
• Experience designing dashboards and reports, preferably in Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) .
• Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem and system integrations.
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and standard SDLC processes.
• Hands-on experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, use cases, and business process flows.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Required: Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Preferred:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification
