Job Description

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator with leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
• round 2 Years of experience/ exposure in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
• Should have Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionalities and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
• Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
• Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are related to configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
• Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
• Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
• bility to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight.
