About Us: our client has been leveraging Salesforce within their Sales Department for the past seven years, with development outsourced to a third party. They are now bringing their Salesforce solutions in-house and are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to lead this initiative.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This role will be pivotal in transitioning their Salesforce environment to an in-house solution, working closely with our development and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support: Maintain and run production support for our Salesforce environment.
Migration: Convert and migrate sales processes from the old platform to Salesforce.
Integration: Manage the integration of Salesforce with custom . NET applications and transition to Oracle CPQ.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Collaboration: Work alongside one developer and one architect to ensure seamless operations.
Governance: Understand and implement IT governance processes.
Development Process: Participate in 3-4 week sprints, following documented processes in Jira.
Pipeline Management: Understand how to build and deploy code pipelines.

- Any Salesforce Certifications


- Experience implementing, enhancing, and configuring, Salesforce


- Understanding of API integrations with other systems
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in an environment supporting 500+ users. Experience with Apex Triggers.
Skills: Expertise in data migration, data modeling, and data mapping, particularly into Oracle systems.
Knowledge: Familiarity with CPQ and Salesforce Admin CPQ.
Attributes: Driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of development processes, even if not a developer
